On January 4 twitter user @petertwynn posted a tweet that "Attention everyone-- bit pay been hacked!! Any money from them is being stolen right now."

This is completely fake. All BitPay systems are secure and nothing is wrong.
Also, none of these transactions are related to BitPay. BitPay does not control any of the inputs on these transactions, nor does BitPay own the outputs of these transactions.
